Wholesale jerseys: Predicting Week 7’s biggest games

wholesale sports jerseys

The Farrell Forecast isn’t only about predicting wholesale jerseys where high school football players will end up in college, it’s also about picking the winners and losers from each college football weekend. Last week I was 5-3 for a two-week record of 16-5. Here’s my take on Saturday’s games that interest me the most.

The Vols will be angry following an overtime loss to Texas A&M but are still banged up in a big way. The Alabama offense is solid, but it’s the defense that makes the go and I think they will just be too strong defensively.

Prediction: Alabama 31 Tennessee 17
No. 2 Ohio State at No. 8 Wisconsin, 8 p.m., ABC

Wisconsin is a tough place to play and the Badgers are playing tough defense, but how do you stop the Ohio State offense? Even when J.T. Barrett is struggling throwing the ball, he can kill you with his feet and there is so much speed on offense. Throw in the Buckeyes defense, playing as well as anyone, and that’s too much for the Badgers.

Prediction: Ohio State 30 Wisconsin 13
No. 12 Ole Miss at No. 22 Arkansas, 7 p.m., ESPN

Ole Miss is the best two-loss team in football and coming off a bye while Arkansas is reeling from the ‘Bama beating. This is a close game and could be a slugfest, but I’ll take the Ole Miss offensive weapons in the end.

Prediction: Ole Miss 41 Arkansas 31
North Carolina at No. 16 Miami, 3:30 p.m., ESPN2/ABC

Talk about a tough call here. UNC looked awful last weekend, but was it the rain or is it just not as good as I thought ? Meanwhile, I loved the way the Miami defense looked – fast and aggressive – but the offense wasn’t impressive against a bad FSU defense. I’ll go with the home team here.

Prediction: Miami 28 UNC 18
Stanford at Notre Dame, 7:30 p.m., NBC

This is the battle of the brains and two teams struggling badly. This really comes down to whether Christian McCaffrey plays or not and he is questionable at the time of this writing . So I’m guessing here and thinking the Notre Dame offense rebounds and wins at home.

Prediction: Notre Dame 34 Stanford 31
No. 20 West Virginia at Texas Tech, Noon, FS1

An interesting game as West Virginia has been playing pretty good defense for the first time in a while but haven’t faced a team with the offensive firepower of Texas Tech. The Red Raiders overwhelm them on offense and win in a shootout.
